Welcome to Dr. Donley's website.  Our primary goal is to help you achieve and then maintain a preferred level of oral health.  At your first visit to our office we will thoroughly examine your mouth, make any x-rays and then formulate a diagnosis.  We will discuss the most satisfactory treatment plan and any alternative treatments with you.  A fee estimate will be determined and financial arrangements made, along with appointements to begin your care.

Call our office to request a printed copy of our registration form and fill out the entire form before your first visit.  Our office policy is that payment for examination and x-ray services is due on this first visit for all patients.  Payment can be made by cash, check or MC/Visa.  We will gladly help you with any insurance claim forms you may have.
